Taking the uphill road that winds up to the base of Swayambhunath with the eastern large staircase of 365 steps for pedestrians only. The car continues to the main vehicle park, the western side. Buy a ticket, enjoy a shorter stair climb to Swayambhu Hill.

Boudhanath Stupa (5th Century)

Pashupatinath Temple (5th Century)

Set along the banks of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple complex is distinguished by its active cremation ghats, wandering sadhus, revered bulls, and streams of devoted pilgrims. Following the visit, we returned to the hotel.
